Operations Manager

PepsiCo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As a global leader in the food and beverage industry, we are seeking a talented individual with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role to drive operational excellence and ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the company's operational activities including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control - Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs - Manage a team of supervisors and workers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure team performance and productivity - Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed targets - Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve business objectives - Prepare reports and present data to senior management to inform decision-making

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset - Energetic and motivated personality with a strong work ethic - Ability to think critically and strategically - Experience in project management and process improvement - Knowledge of quality control and health and safety standards
