Operations Manager

Job Description:

Regions Financial is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. This is a full-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Manage and optimize daily operations to meet business goals and objectives - Oversee the performance of all operational activities, including but not limited to budgeting, planning, and reporting - Identify areas for improvement and implement processes to increase productivity and reduce costs - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas of concern - Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve high performance and meet targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Hardworking and passionate about driving results - Strong persuasion skills to influence stakeholders and drive change
