Missions

• Responsible for developing and planning in sustainable development strategies and policies in line with the Group roadmap and guidelines.
• Responsible for the implementation of the Sustainability initiatives and programs to meet the overall objective.
• Work with internal cross-functional teams and manufacturing plants on the standard definition and execution feasibility.
• DrivetheCO2 impactreduction forourcustomers &makingitsproducts and services as areference insustainability forthe group
  • Managing our suppliers to perform a life cycle assessment on our products
  • Managing the verification of these life cycle assessment leading to product environmental declarations
  • Ensuring the continuous reduction of products impact in CO2, waste, water, harmful substances
  • Managing our client sustainability certifications
• Develop strategies and materials for the communication of CSR initiatives to all internal and external audiences, ensuring overall messaging consistency across business units.

Manage internal workshops, or training to manufacturing plants on its sustainability policies, to reinforce the awareness and implementation

Profil du candidat

• Strong interest and motivation in environment protection, sustainability, CSR management.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Public Administration, communication, sociology, engineering or environmental science.
• Minimum 5 years related working experience in corporate communication, sustainability or social responsibility management.
• International experience and experience working in a diverse and multinational work environment.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and project management skills required.
• Fast learner, able to meet established timelines, quality and design objectives.
• Strong in presentation and report out.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
