Zur Verstärkung unseres Finanzteams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Business Controller, der uns bei der Analyse und Optimierung unserer betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozesse unterstützt.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des operativen und strategischen Controllings
• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Analyse der finanziellen Performance
• Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Finanzberichten für das Management
• Identifizierung von Potenzialen zur Optimierung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufe
• Analyse von Kostenstrukturen und Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Controlling-Tools und -Systemen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung

Deine Skills

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem Logistikunternehmen oder einer vergleichbaren Branche
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Controlling-Methoden und -Instrumenten sowie im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
