Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a passionate and dedicated Call Center Officer to join our team and work remotely from Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from clients and provide information on WellCare Health Plans services. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process customer orders and update customer information in the database. 4. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. 6. Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement. 7. Create and deliver presentations on WellCare Health Plans products and services. 8. Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills. 9. Meet and exceed performance goals set by management.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 5. Analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries. 6. Presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers. 7. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
