Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. 5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators, such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics. 7. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide comprehensive support to customers.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. 6. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. 7. Reliable and driven with a strong work ethic. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers in challenging situations.
