Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Specialist to join our team at Supervalu, a leading grocery retail company. This is a remote work position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, offering full-time hours for individuals at the entry level with at least 1 year of prior experience in a related field. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our valued customers.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries and concerns - Resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services - Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Utilizing excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and maintain a positive attitude during interactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery
Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Excellent analytical skills to effectively assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and achieve common goals - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly - Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
