Job Description:
Delek US Holdings, a leading energy company, is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and provide recommendations to the client service team. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns. 5. Generate reports and prepare presentations for client meetings, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service offerings.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and resourceful individual who is able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 2. Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret data for strategic decision-making. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams professionally. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
