Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Service Representative to join our team at Ball. As a remote worker based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Assist clients with account maintenance, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with our company. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. 5. Utilize company systems and tools to track client interactions and manage client accounts effectively. 6. Identify opportunities for business growth and communicate feedback to the appropriate stakeholders. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients. 8. Uphold the company's standards of excellence in all client interactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Motivated to exceed client expectations and achieve results. 8. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
