Job Description:
DuPont is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support roles. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who possesses strong time management skills and a knack for analysis.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and guidance to clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution for clients - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions - Proactively identify potential issues and offer proactive solutions to clients - Continuously strive to improve the client experience and exceed expectations
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in client support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
