Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Franke Group is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, the Contact Center Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.


Responsibilities: - Managing inbound and outbound customer calls and emails to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance - Updating customer information in the database accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to find solutions to customer problems and provide feedback on customer trends - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service quality, response time, and issue resolution - Escalating complex or high-priority customer issues to the appropriate contact within the organization - Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and exceeding performance targets - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities - Hardworking and resilient, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent teamwork skills and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
