Job Description:
As a Contact Center Specialist at Old Republic International, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a remote work position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, with full-time hours and entry-level seniority. No prior experience is required, but we are looking for motivated and resilient individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our dynamic organization.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with account maintenance, product information, and issue resolution - Use strategic planning to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
