Job Description:

Discover Financial Services is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team based in Geneva, Kanton Genf. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability, as well as strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and support to customers as needed - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
