Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

As a Customer Care Specialist at EMCOR Group, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, in a full-time capacity at the Associate level. The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least 2 years of experience in customer service and demonstrate strong motivation and resourcefulness in addressing customer needs.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and follow up on customer interactions. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference. 5. Assist in identifying trends in customer concerns and propose solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances. 4. Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers and colleagues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
