Job Description - Customer Service for Gaming Products

Description:

You are passionate about the Gaming Industry and also assisting customers? On top you would like to live in one of the most vibrant cities in Europe? Then this might be the perfect match for you!

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Support Agent will be:

  • Address escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into escalated cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • A native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
  • Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle

What’s in it for you?

  • Type of contract: Unfixed term contract, 30 days probation period
  • Working hours: full time (40h/week) Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 
  • Salary conditions: 850€ gross per month + 50€ tech bonus + 200€ language bonus + 120€ performance bonus
