Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager at PayPal Holdings, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in customer service management. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong decision-making and planning abilities. 5. Dedication and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment. 7. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
