Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


As a Customer Service Manager at PayPal Holdings, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on managing daily operational activities, handling escalated customer inquiries, and continuously driving improvements in customer service quality.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives to achieve performance targets and KPIs. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer service processes and systems. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements in customer service operations. 8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in customer service operations.


Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in customer service management. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong decision-making and planning abilities. 5. Dedication and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment. 7. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
