Job Description:
Ralph Lauren is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH on a fulltime remote basis. As an Associate level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while representing the Ralph Lauren brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify and escalate any emerging customer issues or trends to the appropriate team for resolution. 7. Proactively seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall customer service experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional, empathetic manner. 3. Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle challenging situations. 4. Emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to build rapport and resolve conflicts with customers. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work environment. 7. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
