Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Success Associate to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance. This is a full-time remote position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer success.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the use of our products - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues - Manage customer accounts and provide regular updates on account status - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in creating customer success resources and documentation

REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management and creativity skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems and customer success metrics - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
