Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, and will require a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and proactively address any issues or concerns. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 4. Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Handle customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 5. Persuasion and negotiation skills. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools. 9. Fluent in English and German.
