Job Description:
Leucadia National is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual who possesses strong planning and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams within the company to provide a seamless customer experience - Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
