Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team at Morgan Stanley in Zurich, CH. This is a full-time, remote work position at the Associate level, with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with various teams within the organization to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong decision-making and adaptability soft skills - Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
