Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Mohawk Industries is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team, ensuring excellent service to our clients, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a dedicated and resourceful individual with a strong background in customer service and management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the customer support team, setting goals and objectives to ensure efficient and effective service delivery - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to enhance customer experience - Monitor customer support metrics and create reports for management to evaluate performance - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions - Train and onboard new customer support team members - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to conduct research and analyze data to make informed decisions - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits
