Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Support Manager at Meyer Burger Technology AG, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a remote work position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH and offers full-time hours at the Associate Level with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to provide excellent service to our customers - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns - Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer support or related role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership abilities with a passion for helping others - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Proficient in project management and planning - Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively
