Functional Business Analysis Manager / Senior Manager (all genders), Business Operations

The start date is as soon as possible or by mutual agreement. This is a full/ part-time position (80-100%) with an unlimited duration.

• Work with our clients at the heart of Insurance Transformation & Innovation
• Help our clients with the optimisation and digitisation of customer journeys and core processes, modernisation of core platforms, and the improvement of their performance and business model
• Provide our clients with a fresh perspective on how to design flexible, innovative business models and services combined with a strong operations foundation, and with that shape the insurance landscape of the future

Ihr Profil

• A University degree (ideally Masters) with a strong academic record
• You have at least 7+ years relevant working experience in insurance or with a leading consulting firm
• With your motivation to drive topics like business and operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design, and process digitisation, cost optimisation, analytics, and ecosystems, you bring fresh perspectives to our projects
• You are an experienced Functional Lead (e.g. Business Analyst team leader) ideally with Guidewire Knowledge and a specialisation in at least one field of Claims, Policy Management or Billing
• You have the ability to lead customer workshops to design future state processes and the ability to lead the creation of a business blueprint of the target solution
• You have a thorough understanding of the insurance Swiss market specifics
• You are curious and bring with you a thirst for knowledge, bringing fresh perspectives to our projects, the ability to analyse complex problems and to develop and communicate solution options
• You are fluent in French and English, German is a plus
