Job Description - IT Support - st Level - ServiceNow - Active Directory

IT Support - 1st Level vacancy requiring profound experience with ServiceNow and Active Directory for our Basel based client in the financial sector . Your tasks:

  • Providing 1st level support and request management to external and internal customers
  • Monitoring customer feedback proactively and assisting with escalations
  • Acting as a liaison and efficient interface between ITS and customers
  • Performing reporting and analysis of incident trends and SLA/KPI performance
  • Collaborating with IT and Security teams to maintain ITIL standard processes
  • Contributing to and maintaining Knowledge Base content



Your experience/knowledge:

  • Proven customer service skills over telephone, including VIP support, 1st level support, external customers, and senior management
  • Background in corporate, government, financial institution, or private banking
  • Proficiency with Active Directory for managing user accounts and permissions
  • Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management and ticketing
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft TFS or Github for version control and project management
  • Familiarity with MS SharePoint and SharePoint-based platforms for collaboration and document management



Your soft skills:

  • Customer focus, along with ability to work with stakeholders at various levels
  • Good team player with experience in working within a medium-large team
