As the National Sales Manager, you will have the responsibility of managing, implementing, and executing national sales activities in Austria and Switzerland. Close collaboration with the Sales Director DACH (as the 1st line manager) and other stakeholders (Marketing, SFE, etc.) is essential, as well as motivating and managing a sales force team of 5 Pharma KAMs. It is imperative to possess in-depth knowledge of the markets and competitors, along with the ability to swiftly respond to changes and collaborate on sales initiatives within the DACH structure.
