1/3The team

The Business Backbone DevSecOps team consists of about twelve members and works in an agile setup according to Scrum principles.
The lab is located in Zurich and the main part of the team works in Berne.

2/3The themes

As part of the team, you ensure the operation of the business backbone networks and IP connectivity services, bring them up to date and drive forward the necessary developments.
You test the solutions you develop in the extensive laboratory for functionality, reliability and robustness. Continuous learning and improvement are part of our daily work. You like to work in a self-organised way.

Your professional profile

Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS/college of higher education) in computer science or telecommunications

Cisco and Juniper knowledge at professional or expert level

Network monitoring knowledge, plus knowledge of the relevant network protocols

Knowledge of software development (Python, Ruby, JavaScript)

Experience with CI/CD and automation (i.e. GIT, Ansible, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and test automation (Spirent, NTM)

What else sets you apart

Good written and spoken German and English

You understand concepts quickly and are able to quickly grasp and understand complex situations in the networks

French is an advantage

You like to work in a team and drive things forward
