For our client, a top tier external asset manager, we are looking for a

Relationship Manager Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Managing of client accounts and transactions (transfers, check endorsements, cash control, fiduciary deposit renewals, etc.)
• Monitoring client account balances and account transactions
• AML alerts and report when necessary
• Monthly performance of the banks
• Contact reports of the monthly/quarterly review for the Investment Team
• Monthly purchases/sales lists
• Honoraires forms, fee calculation
• Dealing with the computing, administrative and legal aspects of opening and closing client accounts
• Conciergerie: Follow the client’s requests (private jet, hotel, clinic, holidays)
• Deal with incoming / outgoing correspondence
• Handle various administrative tasks (FATCA & CRS renewals, subscription agreements, contact reports...)

Profile:

• Solid experience in a similar role
• Fluent in French and English
• Rigorous, detail oriented, analytical mind
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Priority management, organizational skills, efficiency and polyvalence
• Sense of responsibilities, dynamism, proactivity and flexibility
• Customer-centric mindset
• Excellent IT skills, MS Office
