Account Support Associate

Roche Holding AG is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Support Associate at our location in Basel, Switzerland. Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team by assisting with customer inquiries, order processing, and account maintenance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction and overall account performance - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders - Act as a point of contact for customer escalations and work towards timely resolution of issues - Support account managers in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer retention

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
