Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Autoliv is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for customer support and account management.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts remotely, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner. - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer data and provide insights for account improvement. - Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for account growth. - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings. - Take ownership of escalated customer issues and work towards effective resolutions. - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Previous experience in account management or customer support, preferably in a remote setting. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driven to exceed expectations. - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to research and staying informed on industry trends. - Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings with customers.
