Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at W.R. Berkley in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a fulltime position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in account management.

As a Remote Account Support Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of client accounts remotely, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Providing support to clients in navigating our products and services, troubleshooting issues, and answering inquiries - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Developing and implementing account strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue - Monitoring and analyzing account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Leading and participating in cross-functional projects to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Representing the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities - Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service - Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus
