Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Charter Communications is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Account Support Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This is an entry-level position with no years of experience required. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, have excellent teamwork skills, and possess emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist Account Managers in developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. 4. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
