Job Description:
Fischer Connectors SA is seeking a motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team and work from home in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and possess strong teamwork and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional account support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges - Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Assist with account maintenance and updating client information as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication skills and customer service experience - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role (preferred)
