Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

J.B. Hunt Transport Services is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone interactions, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our sales team. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from clients promptly and professionally - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Provide support to the sales team by following up on leads and coordinating appointments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to clients

Requirements: - Proven experience in a call center environment - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask - Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and able to work independently - Cooperative attitude and ability to work well in a team - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues
