Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

The Call Center Assistant at Discover Financial Services in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone. This role requires a high level of energy and passion for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding billing issues, product questions, service cancellations, and other inquiries - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively - Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with difficult situations or irate customers - Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends in order to improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the call center industry
