Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Genworth Financial is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf. As an Associate Level position, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by Genworth Financial. 3. Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Utilize strategic planning and creativity to find effective solutions for customer concerns. 5. Meet and exceed performance targets for call quality, adherence to schedule, and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and customer experience. 7. Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. 8. Adhere to all company guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance and data security.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. 5. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. 6. Visa sponsorship and authorization to work in Switzerland. 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for call center operations. 8. Prior experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
