Job Description:
Swiss International Air Lines is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls. This position is full-time and at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about Swiss International Air Lines services, flights, and reservations. 2. Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as needed. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with the utmost care and attention. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding Swiss International Air Lines' reputation for excellence.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 2. Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software. 5. Fluent in English and any additional languages would be a plus. 6. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
