Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a member of our dynamic customer service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer issues effectively. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products. 6. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in call center processes. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic and hardworking with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong research and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.
