As a Remote Call Center Manager at Stadler Rail AG, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our remote call center team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient call handling. This position is located in Lausanne, Vaud, CH and is a full-time Associate Level role requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote call center representatives to achieve performance goals and KPIs. 2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center staff. 3. Monitor call center performance through data analysis and reporting. 4. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven experience in call center management and customer service. 5. Time management and organizational skills. 6.
