Job Description:
Owens & Minor is seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a full-time position with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, and possess strong planning and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center, including monitoring call center metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing processes for efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and productivity. - Train, coach, and mentor call center staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals. - Develop and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. - Analyze call center data and create reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in call center management, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office applications.
