Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange in Geneva, Kanton Genf. Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from policyholders and potential customers regarding insurance products and services - Providing accurate and timely information to policyholders regarding their policies, claims, and coverage - Assisting customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and other account-related tasks - Documenting all customer interactions in our database and ensuring accurate and complete record-keeping - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service and satisfaction - Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and respond to customer inquiries - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office - Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls - Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
