Job Description - Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Symantec is seeking a dedicated Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through remote communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding products and services. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Hardworking attitude and confident communication skills. 3. Attention to detail and strong presentation skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools. 6. Fluent in English and any additional languages is a plus. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
