Job Description:
Simon Property Group is seeking a talented and dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team remotely in Geneva, Kanton Genf. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing information about products and services, upselling when appropriate - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the database - Following up with customers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals set by the company
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
