Job Description:
Rite Aid is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers through chat platforms.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via chat - Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to resolve customer concerns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other customer service tasks and projects as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Proven track record of cooperation and teamwork with colleagues - Proficiency in using chat and customer service software - Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus) - Must be eligible to work in Switzerland
