Job Description: As a Chat Support Assistant at Express Scripts Holding in Lausanne, Vaud, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through chat communication. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their prescription medications and answering any inquiries they may have. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, problem solve, and communicate effectively with clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat communication - Assist customers with prescription medication orders, refills, and insurance inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product information - Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve effectively - Creativity and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat communication platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual abilities in English and French preferred
