Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Broadcom is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a full-time position at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with technical support. - Conduct research to accurately respond to customer queries and provide solutions to their concerns. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction. - Assist in the development and improvement of chat support processes and procedures.

Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. - Strong research and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries. - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written chat interactions. - Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred. - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools.
