Job Description - Chat Support Representative

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through chat support channels. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through chat support platforms - Assist customers with account navigation, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving product-related questions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient communication with customers - Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for customer support - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities - Proficiency in conducting research to find solutions to complex issues - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Prior experience in chat support or customer service roles is preferred
