Job Description - Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


As a Chat Support Representative at Avnet, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers through online chat communication. Your primary duty will be to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information in a professional and efficient manner. You will also be expected to escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude throughout all interactions.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online chat - Assist customers with technical issues and product information - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately - Meet or exceed customer service quality and productivity goals - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Dedicated and driven personality traits - Planning skills and ability to work independently - Associate level seniority
