TravelCenters of America is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a key member of our organization, the Client Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with TravelCenters of America.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Understand the goals and objectives of each client to provide tailored solutions and support - Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust - Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients - Develop strategies to grow client accounts and increase revenue - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Research industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve and provide valuable insights to clients - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel as needed
