Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Cummins in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our remote clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for remote clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing clients - Create and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
